Great New Design Competition Show for Los Angeles Residents

Do you live in Los Angeles and have a property in need of an upgrade? We're looking for homeowners who live within 15 miles of Sunset and Vine and whose home needs some improvements.

We are looking for single-family homes as well as other properties including duplexes, town homes, and more. We are interested in doing ranch-style homes, beach houses, moderne, Spanish colonial, Monterey, Greek revival, Tudor, Gothic, stick style, Colonial, bungalow, Craftsman, art deco, or other styles.

Candidates should have a pressing need, such as wanting to sell their homes, needing renovations to accommodate changes in family size, turning a primary residence into a rental property, or other situations. Improvements may be substantial and could be made to any room or outdoor space.

Please include a description of your property, along with at least eight photos of the property. At least one of the photos should be a shot of the exterior of the property showing the whole house from the front, and another should be a shot of the whole house from the back. Include a photo of every room, including bathrooms.
