In many ways we see some of Teran's existing execution issues creep to the forefront of this challenge. Although the primary emphasis of this exercise would be to showcase your creative abilities, great execution is needed to effectively communicate those ideas. In Teran's case, poor execution once again hampers some interesting ideas. The application of makeup to the walls to create texture and pattern is a good concept that falters here because the base paint color choice was already so saturated.
Black eyeliner applied to the edges of the sofa is a wonderful way to add sophisticated visual detailing reminiscent of piping, but the rough and jagged application makes it difficult to appreciate. Stretching pantyhose over a lampshade also makes for an abstract and interesting statement.
